Common questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is free and does not ask for a card.
How do customers pay for online orders?
Your online shop does not take payments. The customer sends the order to your Telegram, then your staff confirm it and take payment by KHQR or cash, the way you do today.
Do I need special equipment?
No. It runs in the web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works if you have one, and Android phones can also scan with the camera.
Can my staff use it on their phones?
Yes. Link a staff member to Telegram once. They get their tasks there and can open the staff app to sell and see orders. Their role decides what they can see.
Can I use riel?
Yes. Your shop can price in dollars or riel. With dollar prices you can also show riel, rounded to the nearest 100 riel or another step you choose.
